Dark Pooler reserves the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

2. REFUND

MIMI YACU FITNESS LLC does all it can to meet your high expectations. You understand that under no circumstances or reasons will you be entitled to a refund or return whether partial or full from MIMI YACU FITNESS LLC. In the event you choose to quit or discontinue the program you do not expect nor will you receive a refund. You also understand that you joined either a 30-day program 12-week (3) month, or 24-week (6) month online nutrition and fitness coaching program. You understand that MIMI YACU FITNESS bill either (1x) on a paid in full agreement on the card you provided for the program or the 12-week (3) month, or 24-week (6) month program. If you opt to do the monthly payment plan for any program you choose, you will pay the first payment immediately, then every (30) days from the first payment date additional payments will be automatically made to satisfy your contractual time commitment. In the event you choose to discontinue or abandon the program you will still be responsible for any remaining payments left as agreed upon in 12-week (3) month, or 24-week (6) month program commitment to MIMI YACU FITNESS LLC.

3. SEVERABILITY

In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

At MIMI YACU FITNESS LLC dba MIMI FIT, If the Client desires to cancel Services for any reason at any time, then Client shall provide at least a 30 days notice prior to contract ending. Providing Notice will not relieve Client of any currently outstanding payment obligations. MIMI YACU FITNESS LLC dba MIMI FIT will not be obligated to refund any portion of monies Client has previously paid.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
